Default 20 inch wheel on 2013 gt,,,will that work

I am wanting to change wheels and have posted a couple articles.
Now thinking instead of 19 inch maybe go 20 because 19 inch tires seem to cost more.

I had read on one review on American Muscle that a customer said they got a tire wheel set, 20 inch, and had to put spacers on. I thought that if AM sold a 20 tire/wheel set that it would fit, take off 19 inch wheel and just put on 20 inch wheel.

What is true. Will 20 inch fit or not.

20" wheels will fit. Some wheels have different off sets and it also depends on what break options your car has. Just to confirm, give my CS team a call and let them know what wheels you're interested in and we'll get you squared away!

Our Mustang Experts are here Monday-Friday from 9AM-9PM EST and Saturdays from 9AM-5:30PM EST. If you want to hit them up, their number is 866.727.1266. I can also have one of them call you directly.

Oh. I am known as the wheel ***** here. I am on my 8th or 9th set. Will post pix soon of all sets and ask any questions you may have. I have tried them all and know all offsets that will work great without any spacers.

I did it. Yesterday I decided what I wanted to do. I ordered black bullet wheels, 20 inch x 8.5 all around with NITTO INVO 255/35 20 tires. Slightly bigger tire and wheel vs stock.
Thanks AM.

Mustangergt are those the black 8.5? AM site says perfect/optimum fit is on a 9" for a 255? Have you driven them? I've been told to wide a tire would be floaty, a longer side wall helps, but yours are short at 35. Keep an eye out for center tread ware.

I put a lot of miles on a semi and I see many tire failures and when rubber bands go, it shreds the tire and trashes the rim.

But if you already got em, enjoy-em. I see all 2014 get 255, 2013 just didn't look right with 245's.

I did look at AM as that is where I bought my set. For the 255/35 20 NITTO INVO tire their site states the follow.

Best Fit: 20 x 8.5 Inch 2005+ Wheels

So I think I am okay. Especially since AM is selling me the set of wheels and tires.
