Ok. Bolt your purge valve to the engine block first. Once you do that, you will be able to get that tube to rotate in a position to attack to the purge valve.
Also, you see how tight the bend is in out hose right here? Yours has a little bigger "loop" in it. Tighten the bend up a little.
