Default long tube headers

kooks, stainless works or american racing headers, what ones would you go with and why? Right now my car is stock but I am gonna order exhaust soon. Going with corsa extreme then headers and a catted x pipe. the next step will be a kenne bell supercharger.

Well I am going Stainless Works for mine. Have their cat backs right now. Very impressed with their deep rich sound. So I plan to finish my setup off with them.

I run the American Racing 1 7/8 longtubes but any of those three are fine. Just keep in mind the Kooks are a mid length not a longtube. Not that it matters.

Nice! Lot of folks don't know they exist. But yeah they are truly some of the deepest throaty exhausts I have heard. If you can find my exhaust thread there's another video of them. But chances are if you watched one with a gotta have it green gt on YouTube you have seen it already.

I will be going with SW also. Already have their X pipe. Would like to go end to end with a SW system.

I ran the American Racing 1 7/8 longtubes with their off road catless xpipe through magnaflow comp catbacks... sounded great... note you will not hear a difference in the long tubes.... It is all in the X/H pipe and mufflers

I'm currently not planning on installing headers at the moment, but if I had the $$$ to spurge and a true long-tube header was first on my "Must Buy" list, SW would be what I would purchase. I'd also have 'em installed at an exhaust shop or a dealer as I don't have the space to be working on my header install all weekend.

I looked at the stainless works headers, and they look pretty nice. If I decide to go with the long tube headers, I will have to go with the hi-flow cats and all new nuts and bolts, because you need to use new bolts and nuts on new parts.
