How long should i wait to intake and tune her
Selling the dodge and going back to a mustang.
im getting a 2014 5.0 black with the track package, 6 speed. (not till end of jan/early feb)
im planning on holding on to a little bit of the money from my truck so i can mod my stang right off the bat. and use the rest of the money to put down on it.
the day i get it, ill be getting the windows tinted thats always been a must for me
im going to get the airraid with the bama Xcal3
should i wait a few thousand miles before installing this to let the motor properly break in or will it be fine.
also ill be getting the roush axle backs. im assuming that that will be fine to install right away
Thanks for any help!

OP: I'd say throw that intake and tune on there when you like, whenever it feels right. I put my aFe Intake System on my 5.0 within the first 5,000 miles, I just couldn't resist.
Sorry for the dirty engine bay, but here's a quick picture of the intake installed on my car:

Like I said in that other thread that's linked, nothing is stopping you from still driving it gently during whatever you feel is necessary for break in, intake and tune or not.

An auto? Immediately.
A manual? When you realize the car doesn't surprise you anymore and you are confident you can handle it.
Why do I say this? Well.. it's nice to have a car you are used to fell new again.
Why the auto immediately? Because the stock shift points will disappoint.
That said, you will feel the difference between stock vs tune more in an auto car.. just because of the shift points. It is not as dramatic of a difference in a manual car.
Get 3.73 gears.. manual or auto. Gears make a much bigger butt-dyno difference than a tune.

I put mine on when i had about 25k miles.
id probably break in for 3k miles, oil change, then do 2k miles with a lot of redline runs and make sure there are no issues, then tune
