Hellion Twin Turbo Install

Hellion Twin Turbo Install
I've decided to go with the Hellion Twin Turbo setup for my coyote, and I'm also opting to install it myself. I've done headers on my old 2003 Mach 1 so I already know the headaches that come with that, but as far as anything else goes...anyone on here install this system themselves? I've found a couple good threads where people don't really go step by step, but they take photos and explain special things they did. What kind of headaches am I to look forward to? Bending and rerouting A/C and brake lines, moving the fuse box and PCM, oil lines, just the stuff that could end up biting me in the a$$ if I'm not careful doing. This post isn't for those of you who want to talk crap about a turbo setup vs. a SC setup. I'm just asking for some friendly advice, from one mechanic to another.

You are looking at a solid 2 day install. Take your time and dont rush anything. I installed a single turbo kit on my 2006 GT and it was a hellish experience. I dont know how they run the oil return on the twin kit for the coyote but on the 4.6 drilling and tapping the oil pan while it was on the car sucked huge *****.

Thats the spirit! Yeah I would advise not drilling and tapping. I did and the bitch started leaking like 4 days later. Make sure your car has almost no gas in it. When you start changing out the fuel pumps under the back seat you dont want that stuff spilling in your car. My car smelled of gas for about 2 months.

I would do it. Thats the last thing you want to have "an overworked fuel pump". I'm also not familiar with the coyote motors fuel system so I could be dead wrong. Keep us posted on the install. I will eventually be going back to a turbo setup and it would be awesome to see how the hellion kit works out for you.
