Default 2011 GT Automatic Slight Miss

I have a slight miss at idle and mild acceleration. It threw 3 codes P0300 Random Misfire, P0302 Cylinder 2 misfire, and P0304 Cylinder 4 misfire a couple months ago. I was able to duplicate this same issue and i took it to Ford a couple weeks ago. Told me i needed new plugs and coils at cylinders 2 and 4. I had already replaced the plugs 300 miles before so i ordered a set of coils and replaced the entire set. Engine light went off but it still has the slight misfire especially at lower RPMs. Any ideas?

Additional information. This started when the car was stock except for the GT500 ehaust. Before i tried to fix it i added a JLT cold air intake and a BAMA tuner thinking the tune might help this problem. Took it back to stock before i took it into Ford. Reloaded the tune and intake after replacing the coils.

what kind of code tester do you have? Is it an SCT scanner?

Why were you replacing the coils?

I'd be looking at ckp (crankshaft position sensor). Critical to engine timing and there is a tab out about this item needing a replacement o ring for earlier cars iirc.

Sorry so late in replying. Yes I have a sct bama tuner but o'reilly pulled the codes for me. Ford dealership confirmed the codes.

Coil and plug replacement recommended by ford dealer for cylinder 2 & 4. I had already replaced the plugs and I could replace all the coils for what ford wanted for two.

Having them add the o ring and perform the entire TSB 13-6-15 today. They claim misfire when driving in cylinders 1, 2, 4, and 5 now with 2 being the main culprit. I guess we will see if this works or not.

Ford performed TSB 13-6-15. Did not help. Back to the drawing board.
