Default help going to next level SC vs turbo

I want to get more power for my 13 GT pony, actually I have few bolts on, but im at 5000ft above sea and the gains are not the best, i have 2 options continue n/a or go SC or turbo

My actual modifications are:

Engine
-JLT carbon fiber intake
-Kooks long tube headers
-Custom 3" exhaust with X pipe
-3.73 gears
-custom dyno tune

Suspension
-Eibach pro kit springs
-SR performance lower control arms
-BMR adjustable panhard bar
-BMR Non-Adjustable Rear Upper Control Arm & mount (installed next week)
-Subframe connectors (installed next week)

Brakes
-stoptech drilled and slotted rotors
-Hawk HPS brake pads
-Ferodo dot 4 brake fluid
-Upgraded brake lines

Option 1 n/a

-boss 302 intake manifold
-Stage 1 compcams camshafts (maybe stage 2)
-ford racing 90mm throttle body

option 2 going forcer induction
-Procharger stage II intercooled sistem
-Kennebell 2.8lt water cooled system
-hellion single turbo kit

opinions?

i have a question, what are the "limits" of the coyote engine with stock internals (pistons, crankshaft, valves etc) only changing inyectors I mean can i go with any of my options without changing anything in ny engine? whats parts should i change to keep mi car "safe" (crankshaft, differential etc)

thanks

Option 3: Roush or VMP Supercharger with 82 mm pulley. This will give you a safe 10 psi that will yield you about 650 FW-HP or 570 RW-HP. Only puts boost when at hard acceleration so when driving normal you don't see extra wear on motor/SC and maintains good mpg.

I strongly recommend the UPR-spec ProCharger kit. I ran 10.89 @ 128 at FULL WEIGHT on 19/20 rims with this kit on my 2011 5.0. Call us at 561.588.6630 for more details, if you'd like.
