Hi all,

I've got a new crate engine in my 2011 Coyote. It's got the 2015 cams/Phasers/chains etc.

I've been told I need to change back to 11-14 VCT for the engine to run properly. I keep getting bank 1 and 2 intake cams over retarded codes.

I've heard that the S550 exhaust cams can be used with the 11-14 so I don't need to change them, is this correct? Or do I also need to change the exhaust cams for 11-14 ones?

Anyone know? I'm thinking exhaust cams can stay but everything else inc exhaust Phasers need changing?

No, the firing order changed for model year 15

This was similar to the 5.0 HO and non HO, all you needed to do was change the plug
wires around. In this case, coil signal wires, if possible, but not worth it really...
