I recently put a 1994 Cobra motor into a 1995 GT with an automatic transmission. The Cobra computer will not allow the transmission to shift. The Cobra computer is for a manual transmission. The GT computer will not keep the motor running. Is there anything I can do?

Get a chip that combine the two calibrations, or use injectors and maf from GT. You can find seller from ebay that provides you correct calibration for ecu. Also you can lok from http://www.efidynotuning.com/forum/ and https://eectuning.org/forums/index.php

Thank you so much for your reply. I was afraid I was going to have to swap it to a manual and didn't really want to do that. I will check out the links you provided.
