2011 5.0 GT multiple misfires
Hey everyone. I have a 2011 Mustang 5.0 Premium 6 speed. I have had some misfire problems. First,I had to replace the crank sensor with o ring. Then, I did the Pro Cal crank relearn procedure and my car ran good for a month until last weekend. I then got code for a bad O2 sensor on bank 2 and could smell exhaust, so I replaced the sensor. It ran good but then halfway to Jax, FL, 45 minutes from me, the flashing CEL and misfires and pops started happening. I ran the Ford Procal2 and got multiple codes. It wouldn't go above 3500 to 4000 rpm and I got multiple misfire codes. These codes were and P0300, P0305, P0306, P0307, P0308, P0315, and P0316. So on Tuesday, I replaced my bank 2 exhaust manifold gasket. fired it back up and it ran good.As soon as I got down the road, same thing. same codes came back. So I ordered a new intake manifold after reading that a leak can cause this condition. Just installed that about 2 hours ago and it ran good, went up the road, and then same thing. I also cleaned the throttle body and MAF sensor. All the codes are back. Everything was torqued in the correct order on the intake and drivers side exhaust manifold, and I'm stuck. Both Ford dealers close to me are booked through next Wednesday so I'm SOL. Any and all help would be appreciated.

So I went out once again to attempt the crank relearn, and not much luck. During the first try,I blipped the engine up to 3K RPM and then up to 5K and the CEL disappeared. Then,it started bogging down and the flashing CEL returned. I did a DTC scan and I got the codes P0300, P0305, P0306, P0307, P0308, and P0316. I also got a weird U0423
