2nd gear in '13/14 Automatic??

Does the auto trans in the '13 and '14 allow second gear take offs?? I have a Focus loaner that does not allow 2nd gear takeoff. Bummer.... My '06 GT can do 2nd and 3rd take off, nice!!!

Come on, you mean you can't tell?

Put it in "2" then lighten up on the brake so it just starts to move, then downshift to "1" and see
if you feel the bump down. It's that simple...
