Default 2011 GT Convertible Boss 302 Rear End

Hi,

My first post, but I've been lurking around for some time. I would appreciate feedback on a decision. I have a 2011 GT Convertible that I've been building into a proper car, and have already installed a 2017 Ford Racing Coyote Crate engine, and done full suspension on the car. I currently have the 3.31 rear end in the car and have been planning to upgrade to a 3.73. Instead of swapping gears, I've thought it would make sense to swap the whole axle with a lower mile used take off since my axle has 140,000 miles on it and is pretty rusty. So my question is on the Boss 302 rear axle assembly and it's torsen helical diff . I'm confident it will bolt up to my car, but since mine is a convertible and has additional bracing under the car will the Boss 302 with it's factory catch can and cooler fit? I have found several nice examples complete with rear brakes for around $1000. Any ideas of any problems with this swap?
