(See a picture of it towards the end of the thread.)

Is that the one you're referring to with part number AR3Z16A200A ?

That one does look sweet -- much better than the FordRacingParts.com one ( http://www.fordracingparts.com/parts...tKeyField=8269 ) I referred to earlier in this thread.
That is the one I am referring to and not the FRPP one. Part# AR3Z16A200A looks just like mine!!

Ihave the factory brace, but it will not clear a Whipple. Steeda make one that will, but its over 3 cnotes. I may have my local machine shop adjust mine to fit. Otherwise my stocker may go up on hte block.

Yes, when you order AR3Z16A200A that's exactly what you will get.

Thanks millpond & wilkinda for the pix.

And thanks to all for input on this topic.

When installing it, is there a torque specification for tightening down the nuts? I have a tendency to overtighten things in general, and wouldn't want to break off or strip a bolt stud.

Out of curiosity where did you find that figure? When i loosened the existing bolts they were only torqued to about 15 ft lbs. Mind you that was the amount of loosening power required.

From a couple of web sites that sell aftermarket strut tower braces. One listed the spec at 25+ or - 3, and another listed 26. The original torque was at least 25 on my 2009 GT (I tested it by tightening to 25 with my torque wrench).
