Sorry about the delayed response. I'm about 99% sure that these are able to tilt. I know they're adjustable, but I believe they tilt. We sent these to MM&FF magazine for their SEMA project car and I believe their headrests tilted way forward. I'll find out for sure tomorrow for you! Thanks for your patience!
