AM has yet another satisfied customer!
Finally got around to ordering my SF3/X3 Tuner for my 99 GT. Was VERY pleased with the whole transaction process on American Muscle! Would like to thank Chris Young for the forum discount which did help a lot!
Ordered on Friday, was shipped out Monday (takes time to process tune orders), and was scheduled to be delivered Tuesday! Except it didnt come Tuesday...that's a fault by UPS though, they must have thought it'd be a good idea to deliver a day late on a snowy/rainy day so that I couldn't fully test out my tunes! JK, lol.
Needless to say, I am very pleased and you guys at AM and will definitely be placing more orders in the near future! I figured id post this to let people know to not hesitate when thinking about where to order parts ect...
Just one question about my tuner. I uploaded the 93OCT "Race" tune right away, and went for a drive around the block taking it easy because of the wet roads. Everything is great, except when coming from a stop at about 1/4 - 1/2 throttle, the car doesnt shift into 2nd until about 3000-3500rpm which seems a little high. Is this normal for this specific tune? I completely understand its a race only tune so I didnt know if that was why the shift point was so high.
Thanks again!

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We were out of the office from Thursday to yesterday and yesterday was spent catching up on 150+ PMs.
The Race tune is set up to shift that way, unfortunately. However, every shift is adjustable and can be set up how you like it. If you'd like to have your shifts adjusted, shoot me a PM with your order number and let me know. I can have one of our Tuning Specialists contact you directly and get your shifts adjusted to your liking.
Thanks again! Let me know if I may be of further assistance. Have a good one!
