I'm about to make a purchase, and I was wondering if it's possible to have some type of shipping instructions sent. Reason is because I'm deployed, and my mom is the only person at the house where my car is. And she's pushing 70 and I don't want her having to carry the packages to inside the garage. Any insight?

The best thing to do is leave a few different notes for the UPS driver. When you're emailed the UPS tracking number, contact your local UPS dealer and have them notify the driver about the situation. Then have your Mother leave a note on the door to drop the package off in the garage. Also, call into our Mustang Experts to place the order and have them leave a note on the order, too.

This way, there's multiple notes for the UPS driver, and hopefully he'll notice at least one, if not all of them. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee UPS will follow the instructions, but it's a lot more likely if we're very thorough!
