Cool lugnuts - is color and shape important?

Ok -so I think we've decided to get the 10th Anniversary Anthracite 17x9 wheels (all around - no stagger) with some 275/40-17s

when ordering there are a few options - lugnuts

acorn or 6-spline, and chrome or black

this will be on a red V6 convertible with tan roof

can't wait to get off these 20s

This comes down to personal preference. I am almost certain that you will need a separate lug key either way. AM suggests that the 6 spline lug nuts may keep someone from stealing your wheels. As for the color, I think black would look better with Anthracite than chrome.

Thank God you're replacing your current wheels.

I would go with the 6 spline. I would also get them in a color that does not stand out (chrome would be the exception possibly) as lug nuts are not something that should be noticed on wheels IMO.

Personally, I would go with the 6spline in Chrome. I think they look the best on the Anthracite Bullitt wheels, but that's just me.

Choose whichever suits you!
