loving it. Got rid of the 08 S197 and in to a new 2014 GT today. Loving the 6 speeds - loving the 420 hp - hating that I have to start from scratch with the mods.

Things I didn't know about the 2014s - kind of sucks having to learn all the nitty gritty again on a newer model but some neat things have been discovered.

And if I had to complain about just 1 thing - it is waaaaayyy too quiet - can barely hear anything inside the cabin.
Exhaust mod coming ASAP...





#1 Gauges - have a whole bunch of cool in-dash gauges to scroll through. Oil Temp, Air/Fuel, etc.



#2 AdvanceTrac ON/OFF - completely turn off Traction Control with one touch - hold the button with the brake engauged and turn off ABS too.


#3 Track Apps - record your quarter mile time, eighth mile, 0-60 brake, etc.


#4 Gauge Color / Ambient Lighting - mostly for chicks but then again I did stay up last night and go through every color combo.

So, not every 5.0 has the option to measure the acceleration times like in one of these pics?

Congrats on the new GT! Ive had mine since Feb. and have loved every minute of it.

My first mods:

Roush axle back, had it before I had the car, installed them the night I got the GT. Absolutely love the sound and get compliments all the time. They are loud, but not obnoxious and zero drone. I could easily see how they would be way to loud with a cat delete though.

Lowering Springs, also had them before I got the car home. Installed them and the adj. pan hard bar that weekend. I got the SR Perf. springs, 1.5" drop, ride great even with the stock stuts and shock, but wish i had gone lower. Im looking at sportlines or H&R supersports now, most likely with a shock\strut upgrade now as well.

Ive done some other cosmetic stuff but those were the major mods so far.
