my new speaker set up what do you guys think
 

this is for my 87 gt it's not installled yet i have the insides of my car ripped out beacuse i'm about to repaint it all black and put a cage in it i'm not going for all out loudness but i want it too sound good when i going down the highway with the windows down or when i'm at a buddies behind the house drinking i can turn it up. any how here it is

i'm putting my sony xpold head unit 52x4 and 18w rms out of my camaro and putting a old cheap alpine it the camaro

the front spearkers are 5/14 alpine type s 175 peak 35w rms 2 way
the rear are apline type s 6x8 250w max 50w rms
i have an apline vpower amp 4ch 360 max 50wx4 rms

a power acustic fubar 1800w max 800w rms 12inch
and a sony xplod 2ch bridable power of 1200w max and500w rms

so how is this for a setup? i have 2 jl w0 12s in a band pass box in the camaro with a crossfire 302 i liked it but i wanted something a little more bad ass in the mustang even though it's the weekend nice weather ride

i never had any bad experice with sony why do you say it's not good this the frist power acoustick thing i bought before the reason i posted up is beacuse i wanted to know what every one thought before i opened everything up and started to install. beacuse if it's ****ty i'll return it. i have new jl w0 12 still in the box from back in the day setting in my room i was going to put that in but i just decide to get all of this.

Sonys quality went down when they started to build and sell to places like Wal-Mart and other disc. stores. What they advertise for power and such is nowhere near what they actually put out in the real world. You are better off to go with a high end company that actually puts out more than what they advertise. Rockford Fosgate and Alpine are two great companies. I have a lot of equipment from last years system I am taking out of my car now. Let me know if you are interested in any of it.

so i'm assunin then mu jl setup in the camaro is hell alot better in the long run then fubar.

so i should keep the alpine set up and take the rest back?

your camaro system probally will be louder.They are easy cars to get loud.Your comparing 2 subs to 1 sub "most" of the time the 2 subs will be louder than 1.Im not a big alpine fan but the alpines should be fine and sound good since you will have a amp on them.With the right box you can get the PA just as loud if not louder

well my jls are only 125w rms 250 watt max but pa is 800 watts rms and 1800 watts max so i figure sense i had a biger amp and with more rms and a sub with a lot more rms it would hit ahella lot harder
