Shaker menu's

I purchased a Shaker 500 (from eBay) and it seems to work great so far. Does anyone have an idea of what all the menu options are? I have searched and found how to turn on RDS, but there are other options I'd like to find out about.

Nevermind the newbie stupidity, I looked in the manual and voila there they were.
