Well, i was thinking about returning them and getting 10 inchs just to make life a little easier on myself. And if i do that, my dad put down 300 for it, and i can put down 260, so that means i have a good 600 to spend on an amp and subs and il prob be getting another 170 soon after that. So lets say i have about 750 to work with, What would you all suggest? This is what i was looking at and will probably go for... 1 of these http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1108124880920. Then this amp:

But what would you guys suggest.

if you can afford it go to someplace that has mtx and get a 8500 or a 9500, just one 10" will outperform anything. i have one 10" 9500 in my car and it is so nice

first off, return everything to best buy, them, circuit city, tweeter, batterys included (if some of those are even around you) are all rip offs

here is a link to an awsome amp for $120,
http://cardiscountstereos.com/catalo...duct+%23=F4400

here is a sub
http://cardiscountstereos.com/catalo...ct+%23=TSW256C

if you dont like those then look around some more, that web site is IMO one of the best sites to get sound stuff off of, me and my buddies always order off of it. get 2 10" subs, then get some MDF and custom make a box, becasue stangs have a small trunk, you can fit 12s, but because the trunks are so small, a properly boxed 10" or 2 10s WILL hit harder then 2 12s that are just made to fit

check out adding a sub on mustang world to
http://mustangworld.com/ourpics/fcar/despeeds1.htm

Ya im deffinitally going to return the subs i got. They were a christmas present, and i didnt even know much about subs to begin with. And im deffinitly going to go for 1, maybe 2 10" instead of 12s. MTX is actually what i was originally looking at, or 1 Kicker L7 10". I dont mind if im getting a little ripped off, but id at least to like the know the good brands and subs before i know the store to go to. Haha, and originallity isnt to high on the wishlist right now.
