Default Rockford Fosgate Amps?

I just picked up a Rockford Fosgate PunchP600.1bd amp and was wondering if I made a good choice. I have 30 days to return in so I didn't buy something I can't take back.I have not really heard good or bad about rockford. Anybody have any opinions on this amp or any like it. Thanks in advance.

I have a rockford amp powering my 4 replacement 6X8's and have no complaints. I could have bought a more expensive amp, but no need, sounds crisp, and enough adjustments to power any type of speaker..

Unless it's the power series, which yours isn't, I'd take it back asap. If you tell us what your powering with it, any near future additions to your audio set-up we can give you many options for reliable, clean power, for less money. If you want to spend the same amount, prepare toget an amp far superior to the rockford. How much did you pay for it?

The new mono amps are sweet. they have a birth certificate for their tested power. and they are 1 ohm stable.

C'mon Hisss you know the link $25k right? Since your car has close to equal value to that RF, im sure you'd jump on the opportunity to trade you car for that amp strait up right?

Hmmmm what do you get for 500 watts...

http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/produ...00_1bd_2_l.jpg-That 600 watt Rockford.
http://ampguts.realmofexcursion.com/...00/inside1.jpg- 500 watt Audison, their cheap basic series.
http://ampguts.realmofexcursion.com/...0X/inside1.jpg- A crap MTX 400 watt.

Which one has similiar components to the junk MTX road thunder?

Ohhh and heres a 2300 watt Audiobahn, for all the Audiobahn lovers out there. There is a reason for having such a large casing isn't there? Theres just so many components to an Audiobahn amp!

Right now its just 2 MTX 6000 12's. I don't know what I plan on doing in the near future. It was around $345 w/ tax. And I don't get what your saying in your last post seight. I think I'm getting your not a real rockford fan. But can you describe what your trying to say in that post please. Thanks

This isn't the new 1 ohm amp. Its last years model which is why it was on sale. They are 2ohm which is fine with me
