Where's the Bass?
 

I've got a 97GT Convertible it has the Mach 460 stereo in it which sounds good but needs bass. Where can i mount a sub without taking up trunk space, or there a option for the converts to make produce good bass?

spare tire well, rear seat delete with subs mounted in it, and thats about it.. i have 2 rockford fosgate 10" subs in a box and the amp mounted on the backside of my rear seat (but folded down for airflow).... granted i have a coupe, but i still have about 1/2 my trunk available, not bad IMO. for good bass, you need at least 2 10"s, or 1 12" or even 1 15" mounted in the spare tire well. i havent had time to post pics of my system, but it wouldnt help here, cuz i have a coupe...
