Default Help me seclect 1 of 3 amps

Hey guys, I think I've finally almost ended my quest for a new amp. I've got my selection narrowed down to 1 of three amps. I would rather have a 2 channel just because I guess there's more freedom with one (as far as wiring goes), as opposed to a single channel. Plus won't a 2 chan take longer to get hotter? Here's my three:

2chan.

1chan.

One question. If you read the descriptions on those 2 channel amps. EVERYTHING is exactly the same. So, whats actually different about them besides the outer casing?

oh, btw. they'll be powering 2 12" kicker comp cvr dual voice coil 4ohm.

THANKS!

btw, I kind of like the first amp over the second because the cooling fan and the ***** aren't on the bottom. I plan on screwing it into the back of my seat, so it's kind of pointless to have a fan down there and makes it harder to reach the *****, haha. I know I'll only have to mess with the ***** once, but still. If it is better than my first choice I'd rather get it, though.

why would a fan be useless?

There is not much difference between the two and all 3 would work for you. If you like the look of one over the others then go for it.

I would get the second one just because of the cooling fan.. If you constantly run your amp hard then it will last longer with the cooling fan.

I know money may be tight, but I would stay away from Kenwood. Try finding something from Hifonics, USAMPS, or JL. I would say even Kicker would be better. The quality of your amp is the backbone of your system. That and the box.

Try this:

try going to a mono amp. that way u can have more flexability with your wiring. and a good class d amp doesn't get nearly as hot as a 2 channel. and they are a lil more effient with power. the only downside is the ask for more power from your charging system. us amps are real good about staying cool under loads and they have all the power you need. http://usamps.com/xt_amps.html

I would go with a JL audio monoblock class D amp if I were you. JL audio is absolutely superb, granted you are paying more, but you get what you pay for.

Look into Cadence amps. They make solid budget amps.
