I used to have a 98 mustang before it got totalled, and it had a cassette player, so I just used an ipod headphone jack to cassette adapter. The new msutang Im getting doesn't have one of these, and its only an 03 so I doubt it has one of those auxillary cables or whatever there called. Just wondering what the best way would be to connect my ipod to play through my car speakers.

aftermarket head unit. better sound and you can get one that has ipod controls.

I went with the Harmon Kardon Drive + Play. Left the stock head unit in and just added this, so that I could control the iPod with controls almost exact to that of the iPod. They have a version 2 out now that has a nicer display, but you can pick up the first version cheap on the internet these days.....like $40-$50 or so. Works great for the iPod.
