Default Avic x920 and PAC C2R-FRD1

Hey I'm currently installing the X920bt and I have the PAC harness, all the wires on the x920 except for the VSS and reverse gear match up with the respective wires on the PAC harness.
Are these two wires located in the car elsewhere and if so what color are they?

Also are there any other tips for this harness or is it basically plug and play, in the directions it says something about not hooking up the green wires for the sub and just use the violet ones?

The VSS and reverse wires are not the same color, but they are on the PAC interface.
