Pioneer avic z130bt, kenwood dnx6980 or kenwood dnx7180?
Hey guys, looking to put a double din nav in my '06 Saleen and am completely lost on what to get. I'm not concerned about the cost. I know the 6980 is an exceleon product whereas the 7180 is not so I'm not sure which is better? I haven't found a place to compare them yet so I'm hoping you guys can give me a comparison Between;
Pioneer avic z130bt
Kenwood dnx6980
Kenwood dnx7180
The main things I'm looking for in this order are;
Best backup cam
Quickest bootup time
Ability to read gauges without being a PITA
Music quality
GUI quality
iPhone functionality
Navigation
Voice recognition
I've been doing alot of research without much luck. Hopefully you guys can fill me in. Much appreciation.

if the #1 thing is back up cam its probably gonna be the z130bt. i think its got the highest resolution. im looking between the z130bt and the dnx7180. hands down i think kenwood has always sounded better but pioneer GUI is so much nicer. i will do some more research and post back. there are a couple youtube videos of both with BT iphone and ipod functionality.

You can watch the reverse while going forward on the Z120BT, so I'm sure you can on the Z-130.
As far as OBD-II gauge hookups, that isn't reliant on the head unit, that relies on whatever is exporting the information. The head unit is just a screen for that process. You'll need a device that takes the information from the OBD-II and creates the feed though. I have a Magden M1.b Performance Computer, but they stopped production of them a while back and it is a nightmare to find one.
The issue with the Pioneer is the nav. It has it, but it's much lower quality than the Garmin interface that the Kenwoods have. It's very hard to use on the Pioneer.
