Default installed AM deck. Speakers all work, no bass

I finally got around to installing an aftermarket deck (JVC KW-NT30HD) in my 04 GT. (I had the mach 460 system in there before) Deck works fine, but I have no Bass at all through the stock amps and speakers. All speakers seem to be working fine. I have tried the RCA plugs into both the front and rear plugs on the deck, with no luck.

Any ideas on where to start?

I thought that too. Turned bass all the way up, everything else down. Nada. I missed something I think. Been researching it on the net and I have not found a solution yet.

Well....solution = replace everything.

All turn on wires connected, and the HPF is off. Still nada.

Gotta love mach audio...ugh. Time to get a couple of amps and speakers.

Make sure the signal wire you are using is not the antenna wire. That will only send signal when it's in fm/am mode. There "should" be a second blue wire coming from the head unit harness, that's the wire you want. I also plug the RCA from the other adapter into the sub out connections, that way I can use the filter to save my tweeters and still have bass from the factory subs. If I can remember I'll pop my head unit out and get a pic. I just installed a ten inch kicker sub and connected the factory subs to the rear out and tweaked all my settings, still get sound fom them though.

Oh! I'm not sure if you have the setting or not, but on my Sony head unit I have a "rear bass enhancer" setting. If I turn that on it kills all bass in my stock speakers, if there are any bass enhancers on your deck try turning them all off.
