Exclamation Stock Shaker 500 amp to Aftermarket VR3 Deck

Need some help. I've successfully installed A VR3 Deck in place of the stock Shaker 500 in my '08 Mustang GT/CS. Problem is, I didn't use the connectors. I spliced, and hard wired. Deck & speakers work great, however, not the subs. If you know how to identify what wires go to the stock amp for the 8" door subs, and how to wire the 5v regulator (part #7805) please help. Once I can wire my VR3 deck into the stock amp, my install is complete. Thanks.

So you didn't use a wiring harness to connect your radio to the stock wires? Why?
to the question, I know that there are wiring diagrams online that you could check out, I know there are links in these forums that will help, just do a quick search.
