Default aftermarket radio factory speakers

I have fried my shaker 500 unit and purchased and installed a Sony aftermarket head unit. purchased the necessary adapters so nothing is spliced in radio to adapter is physical stripped wired threaded together and wire nutted and electrical taped. now for the Question? when i turn on the car i hear a pop from the speakers. the sub-woofer outputs are connected to amp in the trunk and the door subs are connected to the amp in the trunk. i know this works bc the door and trunk pops to but only when turned on at same time i turn the car on. this only happens when u first turn on the deck

need a little more information- what amp in the trunk? did you add an amplifier? The Shaker 500 amps are in the kickpanels.

is the popping coming from all the speakers, or just the subwoofers?

found out what i needed a 7805a resistor from Radio shack the factory amps are turned on by a 5v remote wire and the aftermarket deck spits out 12v so i needed to reduce the 12v's to 5

link to part i used to resolve popping
