I have a 2001 v6 and replaced the rear speakers. Now the only thing that works in the back is the small speakers on both sides in rear but not the 2 main speakers in back could it be a fuse or something

Speakers aren't fused.

Trace the wires back, make sure they are good. Did the rear speakers produce sound before you replaced them?

If theres an amp, check that for output. Check its fuse and incoming power supply.
