like the title said im trying to see if the Pioneer AVH-1300NEX would fit in my mustang i don't know a lot about cars and cant seem to find out if it would work or not it looks very nice and i would love to get it if i could

Anything will "work" hooked up right.

Need to know the year, and what radio is in it. Shakers need an additional wire
harness, for the subwoofer output and amp turn on.

You will need:
Mounting Hardware, Walmart has it, based on year, got it $5.00 cheaper, eBay.
Wiring Adapters & Module, also based on year for RAP, Walmart has them got it $30.00 cheaper on eBay.
Antenna Adapter, Walmart
1.5K ohm resister for the amp turn on lead (eliminates POP on/off)

I put an Eonon Android 7.1 unit in my '08, and used all Scosche adapters and
mounting hardware. I wanted the bezel of my radio to go through the opening, so
I sanded and filed the opening so that could happen. It all depends how wide the radio
bezel is, weather or not it is behind or through the adapter face plate.

I had to buy the subwoofer harness separately, but got another MAIN harness with
it. It was actually cheaper to buy the two, than the one separately.
