Weird speaking coming from drivers side speaker

Weird speaking coming from drivers side speaker
When I知 driving and listening to music, etc. out of no where the song volume will dim and out of the drivers side speaker I値l hear a voice like Siri saying something. I知 not sure what it says or if it means anything
