Thanks for the great thread guys! LMAO I was really bored tonight and this made me feel better. Ha ha! Bullitt's arent performance beasts but theyre a step up in many ways from the GT and it was a great idea to pay homage to an awesome American movie classic. As a Mach owner I see that the general public is stupid. They see: V6, GT or Cobra. Thats it. They dont know about Bullitts or Machs. Hell alot of Stangers dont know either. Personally I was gonna wait until next year and get a 05 or newer GT but now that Ive driven a Mach Im bitten/smitten with it and I hated the New Edge body style when it first came out. Something has to be said for having a less common Stang like a Bullitt or a Mach. Sorry, Cobra's are badass....but way to typical for my tastes. And yeah really...anyone can have a GT. I like something a little less common. Wouldnt mind seeing a Bullitt with a 4v Mach engine underhood. Anyways, Im a huge Mustang fan and thats what we all have. Im just personally preferential to better performance and looks. Sorry no V6's or GT's for me.

So yea, there were more Cobras made, but year for year they're equally rare, well aside for 03 when Ford made up for lost production in 02.
