1 Bad Bullit

hey i just tradded in my 05 SRT-4 for an 01 highland green mustang bullitt. and i was woundering what MODS i should do first anybody have any feed back they can give me id appriate it.

so which ones faster ?

i would do the following if i were you: ( in no specific order )

tint windows
change exhaust
lower it
4:10 gears
tint back lights
change front lights

I say these mods because they were my favorite mods. I believe you get the best bang for your buck both visually and performance wise with those mods. I've done some other things to my car (like upgraded brakes, and intake and ****) but i regret wasting the money at times.

the car will be quicker and look sexy. you will get more bitches then you did in your ****tle srt-4. PERIOD

Change exhaust and 3:73 gears would be a good start. Bullittproof01 how did you like the C&L intake? Are the 4:10's too short. I would think the 3:73's would be a better start.

its hard to say cuz i havent really pushed my mustang yet! but wit the srt its alot of fun and its a pretty fast car i liked how wit the turbo you get a quick fast response but for a short period of time, where as the mustang when i test drove it you feel the pwr building up as the rpms go up like if it gets meaner and meaner. the only thing that kills the srt-4s is that their fwd cars if it werent for that and the fact that i luv mustangs i probably wouldnt have gotten rid of it.

my exhuast is probably the first thing on my list. What brand do you recomend and why? oh and whats the difference between 4:10s and 3:73 and which ones better?

Usually the gear ratio depends on the horsepower the car has and what purpose you intend to have with it.

I wouldn't change the stock catback if I were you, I am going with headers and a catted H pipe, dunno what brands yet, but the bullitt mufflers have a more distinct sound to them

thanx i appriate the help you gotta bear wit me im comming from a different world of car forums and car talk where as i delt wit just tunners not muscle cars. but i can say one thing for the most part the guys in the mustang forums are alot more helpful then the guys in the srt-4 forums. they all seem to walk around acting like their s**t dnt stink.
