Ratteling coming from exhaust?

Ratteling coming from exhaust?
I just noticed this ratteling noise and I think its coming from my exhaust. I checked under the hood and reved up the engine from there and it sounded like it was coming from underneath the engine. So I layed on the ground and hit the gas pedal and I heard it and it sounded like it was coming from the exhaust. I have no clue what the hell it could be.. Any suggestions?
