I currently have stock 245/45/17 Goodyear Eagle RS-A and I think I need some new tires because the tread is wearing down and anywhere above 70mph, the bullitt is a little shakey feeling.

What suggestions do ya'll have on new tires. I want to keep the stock rims, so should I get a little it bigger tires? What brand and what size?

Well if your cars shakey around 70 you might also need an alignment but, as far as tires i like the Nitto extreme radial 555 for the stock 17x8 rims i used to run 275's in the back and 255's in the front until i bought 17x10.5 and put 315 dr's in the back and 275's in the front now but there real good tires they last unless you brun them off, plus they do reasonably well in the rain which is good if you have traction problems, now the dr's suck in the rain but i don't hardly ever drive in the rain anyway. they are also not that expensive so thats a plus as well
