Link to photo, I called and e-mailed several times after I got the heads back, even e-mailed the owner. When they were doing the work I always had to call them they never called back when they said they would. Work took way longer than they stated. They expected me to drive 3 hrs to weld the head. I sent a good head and they want me to accept a damaged head. Against my better judgement I told them pay me $125 and I'll get it welded. They refused and said the owner would let me know and I've never heard back. I own 2 businesses and this situation would never have gotten to this point in my business. You have a customer with a problem you solve it beyond their expectations. So thats the story my mission to inform.

Anybody out there willing to post on my thread at SVT Performance as they have banned me. Post is in Cobra Forums-The Terminator-Terminator Talk as Bad Experience with Modular Mustang Racing. Would appreciate someone to post Thanking the people for support and let them know that SVT has banned me and I can't respond to the post, It may be that the moderator works at MMR?

This isn't the first time, I have seen this happen to a local buddy of mine just last year with a coyote head. They damaged it somehow (beats me!) almost exactly the same way, shipped it back to him in just a cardboard box as so with no padding what so ever. They called him a liar for saying he sent it to them for work, even though he has a box with a return address from them DERP!
