San Diego Mustangs - Cars and Coffee Irvine 2/23/13 Saturday
Hey what's up guys and gals me (2013 5.0) and a buddy of mine (2012 white Zl1) are heading up to Cars and Coffee Irvine this Saturday 2/23/13. This car show is free and pretty awesome. It is from 6am-9am so you have time for the family after :bigthumbsup...

Irvine is nice but that is a rough drive that early in the AM. Have you been to the cars and coffee in Carlsbad? There arent as many cars at Carlsbad, but thats part of the trade off of not driving that far.

Cars and Coffee Irvine was cool like always BUT they did something that they usually don't do.
So we get there at around 0605hours and we get turned away. The guy at the gate told us that they were only letting in cars 1990 and older. I guess they always get filled with late model muscle car and they are trying to change that.
There was already newer cars in the lot showing their stuff about 30% of the lot was 2000 and newer cars.

Now that the weather is warmer Carlsbad is turning out pretty good. There usually aren't but a handful of mustangs there. It isnt as big as Irvine but for me driving from San Diego it is good enough for me. A group of us usually meet up at Peets cofee off of the 56 sat morning and then drive up to Carlsbad C&C. Message me if you are interested.
