Hope the guy is honest and will help you out. I don't know about your local True2Form, but the one in our area is pretty good.

Believe me, I feel your pain. Mine goes in on the 12th for a ding in the hood.

Went over to True2form this afternoon. Estimate $502.20 and they will be re-clearing the whole quarter panel all the way up and around the windshield.

I'm going to get the process rolling when I get back from PA on the 12th

i did get good news today...the dealer called the Previous owner and he had the extra key. So that saves me $100 at the Ford dealer.

Thanks guy for the sympathy. Now wish me luck tomorrow as I head out to PA.

The Mustang will be fixed immediately after we get back on the 12th.

The person that did this is a real ahole. Glad you're getting it fixed up.

I had an almost identical ding on my car, except it was on the other side and slightly larger.

I had my Paintless Ding guy remove it, it took him 10 minutes to get it out 100%.

I then had a professional detailer buff out the clear to remove the fine scratches I couldn't remove myself.

To this day, I'm not sure what caused it.

I am in PA visiting family. We drove the Mustang up, got 26 mpg average. I am going to try to get it in the shop next week when we get home.
Thanks for asking Alan. This is my first Mustang, shoot, it's my first Ford and I am very happy with it.

if it hadn't broken through the paint I probably could have heated it up a little and popped it out but it's dowm to bare metal in the scrapes
