This is getting close.
Time to set up meeting places and times. I don't think we need to be there right when it starts at 9am so I'm thinking about leaving Greensboro at 9 which will put me at the track at about 10:30.
Alan and Brian if you guys are coming we could meet at the Sandy Ridge Rd exit off I-40 at 9.
John, if you come up 421 we can meet you somewhere on there like Elm St.
Larry, we can meet you either off of 58 depending on which way you go.
I have another guy from Gibsonville going to join us and I will work that out with him.
Please let me know if this works for everyone.
I'm so looking forward to this!!!!

I don't know if you guys saw the story in the news about the SF Warrant Officer who died trying to save his kids during a home fire. CW2 Cantrell was a friend of mine who I went through the SFQC with. I also did a few trips over seas with him. He is being buried at Arlington with his kids around that same time. I will be going to Washington D.C. to attend his service.

I saw the story John, a real heartbreaker. He died like he lived, a true hero, fighting for his kids. Fair winds and following seas CW2 Cantrell.
Jeff, I will be getting the final details from the club tonight. They usually like to get there early so I'll likely already be there by the time you head out.
See you at the track!

Wow John, I just read about CW2 Cantrell, he truly was a hero and obviously the type of parent we all strive to be. I am sorry for your loss and my heart and prayers go out to his wife.

You're retired what else you got to do? We will miss you... Alan will have to find someone else to pick on all day.
