Default New Guy - Burlington Cruise In

Hey guys, I've been in the area for about a year, got my 'stang about 2 months ago, but don't know very many people in the area. I stumbled on the Burlinton Cruise In about a month ago when my wife wanted to check out the JR Outlet shops, and wandered around for about an hour with my 3 year old son. Does anyone ever go to this event? I'm really think about going to the one(this coming weekend I think), anyone else on here going to be out there? Gotta say, I loved seeing the cruise in, I just spent the last almost 10 years in the midwest(KS and MO), and never saw anything like this out there. Been looking at some of the threads, including the shooting one(I was a combat arms army guy for a few years with 4 deployments under my belt, really perked up when I saw that one), and seems like this is a pretty active group. Hope to meet up with some of you guys one of these days!

You should have popped down to G-boro for the Gate City show last Saturday. They had 130 Mustangs of all shapes and sizes.

Glad to have you with us.

Yea that would have been great, actually the whole family took the Mustang out to Mooresville and checked out the Lazy 5 Ranch, and a couple other parks in the area, it was awesome.

Great to have you here. Our chapter keeps growing and it's awesome. We have quite a few very active members and I'm sure we'll meet up. I won't be going this weekend, have some family things going on. I am however going to the Lenoir cruise-in on 7 July and also plan to make it to Mustang Week at Myrtle Beach.

Welcome to the crew, you'll come to realize we're a pretty good group who actually enjoy eachother's company. We just have some guys who like to off road in their mustangs.... just ask John, he knows all about it.

Ben, welcome to the forum. Hopefully we will get together sometime soon. You are correct, this is an active group. We are pretty diverse, scattered across two states and seem to have a strong group building in your area.

Lazy 5 is pretty cool even for us bigger kids.
