I have the 2011 mufflers on my car .... they will bolt right up but the tips are about 2" longer then the 05-09 due to the redesigned rear bumper on 2010 and later ... i cut my tips off and shortened them they sound good and look even better since they are bigger diameter then the 05-09 too

Since everything is taken care off, hijack! Curious, did you swap out the entire system from the cats back? Its good that it worked, but it doesn't seem that any part, let alone the whole system, would fit a pre 2011 vs car without at least custom hangers.
