We've adjusted the trip some...we're gonna leave around 6am Saturday Dec 1st instead of Friday now. And we're just gonna wing it as far as a place to stay..see what we can find while we're up there...So if anybody's wanting to meet up post here and we'll add it to our list!

Our group has stayed at the Microtel Inn located in Robbinsville 828-479-6772 and tell them you want the motorcycle rate. It is decent priced and there are a couple of places to eat near by. I think it is a dry county, so I think you will need to bring it with you (someone else may want to pipe in and tell the specifics there).



I should be able to do a day trip but I won't know till the week of how things are going here.

well looks like Mayhem will be postponing this trip until the Spring...maybe we could combine it with the group on here and make for one big trip

to bad, I was looking forward to it. But spring time is not too far away! Maybe we could consider that stretch of road called the Snake (I think) as well.
