Overtime is good for now... pretty much can do 4-8hr per day over.. 4 before shift and 4 after, and doing 6-8 hr saturdays, and 6 hr sundays. each day, 2 hrs over up to 10 is time.5.. every hour over 10 is double... sat is time.5, and sunday is double.

They are talking about things slowing down a little after holidays though.. so overtime might slack off some.

Another reason I hate being salary. I miss overtime.

Yeah, we get overtime at our worksites if they require past 40 hours for a work week. But i got kinda shocked when i did that and they only paid it at regular time. Damn ot exemption!
