Let's say you get a dyno tune when it's cold. Seems that warm weather would have the same effect? Just wondering.

It may not be the increase in boost pressure, it's probably the increase in the manifold pressure because of the denser air. Therefore you should run less boost to aid in lowering the manifold pressure to help prevent detonation. This is not gospel, this is a SWAG. (Scientific Wild *** Guess)

The air can actually effect the boost levels. Elevation can as well. For exampe at VIR with the pulley I was running it should have been 14-15 psi (I tested it the night before I came came down for th event).... first time I mashed it on the back straight it hit 18psi. It surprised me there was THAT much of a difference, but thats what happened.

Are you sure? Or did you have Nachos? LOL.

I need to move my boost gauge to the center vent so that I can actually see it while driving. It's a pain in the *** to look over by the window if I'm getting on it to see how much boost it's making.

We had those Bar-B-Q sandwiches for lunch that day. Hmm.

I have the Aeroforce with the vent pod. I eventually will probably do a pillar mount and a dedicated boost gauge. I like the vent pod because it's subtle.

Well that must be a record, almost 4 days before going off topic? Lol. Pushing ponys has to work so if i come it will just be me and jessie. We've got a lot of stuff going on so I might not make it. Called the track and they said it was up in the air at this moment, you'll have to call tomorrow. The guy said they'll have decided by 9ish.
