Anyone interested in going? I know we had a group go a week ago kind of short notice but I figure with a week to work with some more might show up. I'll be heading up there with Airen (PushingPonys) and anyone else I can round up from the Columbia area.

MAN I wish my car was together and would be ready to make the trip! I am DYING to run a 1/4 mile with mine, and I have also heard they are pretty slack on car tech. Since mine doesn't (and will never) have a cage, lots of places wont let me run after they see the first pass.

You guys have fun!!

Would love to see you actually floor it, too many turns everywhere you go with us the other times. What is your trap speed btw?

So who wants to go to Steve's every night this week to get his car back together?

My best trap speed in the 1/8th so far has been 108.44 mph. ET was only 6.98 on that pass, but track was slippery and had traction problems off the line and on the 1-2 shift. On FRESH tires and a properly prepped track, it should probably run 6.60s in the 1/8th. Hopefully gonna find out in February

For a 1/4 mile comparison, a buddy of mine at VMP Tuning has a setup almost identical to my car (he traps 107 in the 1/8th). A few weeks ago he ran 10.20 in the 1/4 at 138 mph. My car makes about 35 more rwhp than his does, but his car is a little bit lighter.

Can't make it, may try to meet with United Stangs / Mustang Addicts at Powercurve Motorsports. Not sure yet.
