It basically breaks down like this...there are a lot of people who have never been on the track, or who have just done "holiday/parade" laps. Thos people should probably stay in the Beginner class.
For those who have done 3+ track days or who have raced on this track before, then intermediate would be where you would be.
Advanced is Race prep, Roll cages, 5pt harnesses, track specific tires, etc.

The 100MPH cutoff is not a hard limit, just a way for you to get a feel for which class to go into.

I was at 134MPH in 6th gear on the stretch when I ran, and that is pushing it pretty hard on a 1/2mi stretch. I was the fastest must of the day with 1min 50sec avg lap time.
That's good news, unless they are very lax on who gets in what class I'm stuck in the beginner section, and staying under 100 just doesn't happen when I'm at the one place they can't give me a ticket. I might be in, either this one or the other track day posted previously depending on my work schedule.

For people who wish to use Paypal.
The Paypal email is 5starautographs@earthlink.net

When you send the money do it as "GIFT", copy and paste the information off the registration form in the comment section.
They will reply once confirmation of payment is received & they will send a receipt PLEASE print this out and bring it with you to the Open Track Event.

Last time we did this there were verts...but I think they were restricted to the A class.

Has anyone else registered yet? I was told that we had to put the deposit down soon so trying to get as many ppl as possible to register soon rather than later. Its hard as a club to front the money for something as large as this when we have our annual car show coming up too.

Honestly I kinda put my neck out there for this event, so Im hoping we have the participation that I hoped for.

So what's the deal if I just want to show up and watch? I won't be able to get a helmet in time as I just bought another stang, I saw through the link to the form that someone else asked the same thing, I've never been to a track day and would love to see one.

I think the main thing is most people dont have helmets....
Here is the one I have, split the cost with my father n law and we share it.
As long as your in different classes ppl can share them.... the wife's gonna do some driving at this event, so she will be using it in the A class.
