Getting ready to head from Michigan to our place in Winston Salem on Friday for the Labor Day weekend. I hope that we can take my wife's new car and save some miles on mine - depends upon how much stuff we bring with us this trip. Her new BMW 328i is just a little smaller than my SHO when it comes to packing stuff in.

Safe travels Jim. Saw the exchange about the new ride on S197. Funny stuff.

Hope to see you again soon.

It was supposed to rain today (and it did, a bit) but I managed to get this in before that happened. Installation went very well, I had it done in a little less than 2 hours. I really like the way it looks on the car.

Nice, I think the bar helps the look of a vert with the top down. How many miles do you have on the car now?

Thanks, managed to get almost everything we wanted to bring this trip in my wife's BMW. Had to leave a couple of things back in Michigan for the movers I guess. If we had brought the SHO I think we could have gotten everything in since the trunk is a little bigger. Never expected to own a BMW; we are both a little surprised at the things that aren't on this car compared to the Lincoln, and given the price: no garage door opener button and no cooled seats for example - and the sticker is a little higher than the Lincoln was. Still trying to get used to the navigation interface and the fact it doesn't list what the next turn will be by name

But 3 trips to Winston Salem this year, and all three we had a rain storm and tornado warnings!

First oil change on the Raptor today. I'd love to meet the guy at ford who decided to us a plastic clip in drain plug.
