We are both E-8's and a 1SG is an E-8...Master Sergeant to First Sergeant is a lateral promotion depending on the duty description/responsibilities.

JJ it would look good rolling around town with your 5.0. I haven't seen maybe nonverts with the color combo. I posted more pictures under the Carolina classified section.

Who do I need to call to make the promotion happen???
